Solid State Relays.
Solid state relays offer the most reliable and fastest load switching available. A solid state relay (SSR) uses no moving parts for increased lifespan, faster switching, and lower EMF noise. Their lack of armatures means there is no contact arcing or bounce. Solid state relays are less subject to vibration and mechanical shock, making them ideal for rough environments.
Ultra-fast Switching
SSRs take as little as 1ms to make a contact for precise control over the application output.
Long Life and Silent Operation | Applications |
No moving parts means the expected lifespan of a SSR is 100 times that of an electromechanical relay. Since there are no armatures an SSR operates in complete silence. | SSRs can be used in most places a conventional electromechanical relay can be used but SSRs are especially suited to loads which see a high switching rate such as temperature control, motors, and valves. |
Installation Locations | PLC Expansion |
SSRs are resistant to vibration and airborne contaminants making them ideal for harsh locations. SSRs also generate very little EMF noise meaning they will not interfere with sensitive components nearby. | Due to their low power consumption, SSRs are ideal for PLC output control. With as little as 10.4mA, a PLC can control a load up to 6A! |

Wide Operating Voltage Range
This allows for a reduction in overall part numbers within a system, making maintenance and spare parts easier to manage
Slim Interface
- The most space efficient SSR form factor. A slim interface relay can offer up to 6A in a DIN rail mountable socket that is as little as 6.2mm wide.
- Interface modules feature a signaling LED to show contact activation.
Hockey Puck
- The most common form of SSR.
- Panel mounted to either a metal surface or heatsink.
- Features the highest available load capacity of 125A.
DIN Rail Mount
- These relays offer a higher load capacity than slim interface while still retaining the convenience of DIN rail mounting.
- Up to 60A output.
- Integrated heatsink for a 1-part number solution.
Multi-Phase with Integrated Heatsink
- Easily switch multiple phases at once for balanced starting of loads.
- Ideal replacement for electromechanical contactors when high switching rate is needed such as in heating or motor control applications.
