WEG’s CSW Series Pilot Devices are sold as individual components that allow for many combinations to best fit a given application. These components are developed for harsh environments and industrial applications.

Illuminated and Non-Illuminated
Some pilot device categories include the option of illuminated models. These models replace one contact block with a lamp block (sold separately).

Selector Switch Varieties
Switches are available in illuminated and non-illuminated varieties. Illuminated switches are only available as Knob Switches. Non-illuminated Selector Switches include the additional option of switch form types.

Why Flush?
Flush pushbutton design means that the momentary pushbutton part of the pilot device does not extend past the bezel. The primary benefit of this design is protection against accidental operation. Simply put, flush pushbuttons make it harder to accidentally hit, lean against, or otherwise interact with and engage the button.

Reset Buttons
Features:
- Mechanical reset buttons
- Threaded 7 inch plastic rod (easily cut to desired length)
- UL Type 4X, IP65 Rated
3 Types:
- Plain Red
- Blue “R”-engraved
- Blue “RESET”-engraved with adjustable rod
Why Extended?
Extended pushbutton design means that the momentary pushbutton part of the pilot device extends slightly past the device’s bezel. This means that operators are able to see the color of the pushbutton from more angles than other options.

Why Recessed?
Recessed pushbutton design means that the bezel of the pilot device actually extends past where the momentary pushbutton ends. This design’s major benefit is in the fact that it is almost impossible to accidentally engage the pushbutton. The device is greatly protected against accidental hits, leaning, and other ways to unintentionally interact with wit the button.

Non-Illuminated
Features:

Transparent Bezel
Each recessed pushbutton in this line features a transparent bezel. This transparency enables operators to see the color of a given pushbutton even at an angle that would normally be obstructed by the bezel.
