Company Information
Headquartered in Canzo Italy, ETA specializes in modular and fully welded enclosures of both wall-mount and free-standing form factors. ETA uses advanced automation techniques such as robotic welding, laser cutting and automated bending systems.

At the heart of ETA Enclosures USA is a simple yet profound mission: To deliver unparalleled quality enclosures complemented by exceptional customer service. Their ethos is built on three pillars:
- Innovation: Continuously pushing the boundaries to offer state-of-the-art solutions.
- Quality: Ensuring every product reflects their commitment to excellence.
- Customer Focus: Placing their customers at the center of everything they do, from product design to post-sales support.
ETA employs an electrostatic multi-stage painting process to ensure superior corrosion protection for all of their enclosures.
Enclosure preparation begins with a degreasing wash and rinse to clean any oils and contaminates from enclosure surfaces. A low-conductivity demineralized rinse is performed before the enclosure’s steel is passivated, making it less vulnerable to corrosion. A final ultra-low-conductivity rinse is applied to stabilize the passivation process.
Primary coat consists of a dip tank where paint particles are attracted electrically to the enclosure material. The components are then rinsed and heat-treated to cure the paint.
Secondary coat is applied with a powder coat electrostatic spray. A final heat curing cycle results in a durable, textured, epoxy-polyester paint coating that is resistant to corrosion and weathering.
