Rising Edge One Shot
13. Rising Edge One Shot Timer Function:
Power is applied to the timer during operation. Upon the rising edge of the signal input, the output turns on for the preset time and turns off. This cycle repeats on a rising edge of the signal input. If another rising edge of the signal occurs during the timeout, it is ignored by the timer.
