Stellar support !! Old school support where they actualy care !

I'm super impressed with the support from Steve and Factorymation, I called him because I wanted SVC but couldn't get it working on my own. He helped me with my Drive. I was naive and inexperienced with the VFD. I wrote a not so great review of the drive because I wanted SVC, just because everyone said its the best way to run a spindle motor on a mill. Steve took the initiative to call me back the next day and discussed with me many technical reasons V/F would work for my application. Also running in V/F mode has more protections to protect my system from Myself. I've changed my opinion, I haven't had a company call me back for anything let alone spend hours trying to help the customer with their concerns. He was professional, polite and listened to me even though I have no experience and had unreasonable expectations. Oh and the VFD is great as well. Thanks
