Type 4, 4X, & 13 Environmental Rating
All M22 series modules are rated UL Type 4, 4X, & 13 Indoor/Outdoor. Water, Dust, Vibration, and UV resistant.
Auer M22 Beacons are designed with easy installation in mind. M22 offers a wide range of beacon types in 3 sizes, all installable through a 22mm knockout.
Auer M22 beacons are available in 30, 45, and 65mm sizes. All sizes mount through a standard 22mm knockout.
All M22 series modules are rated UL Type 4, 4X, & 13 Indoor/Outdoor. Water, Dust, Vibration, and UV resistant.
UL Type 4, 4X & 13 Rating
Rubber seal ensures Type 4, 4X, & 13 rating.
Monolithic Design
M22 beacons do not require additional lamp blocks or modules. Integrated visual and audible beacons are more compact than traditional stacklights.
Quick & Secure Fixation
Locking nut and pressure plate ensures secure mounting of the beacon even under high vibration or wide temperature range environments.
Removable Terminal Block
M22 beacons are easily wired. Most models feature a removable terminal block.

M22 series panel mount beacons and panel mount buzzers are suitable for signaling in control panels. Due to the standard Ø 22.5 mm knockout used for installation, the M22 series meets all common requirements in panel construction. Regardless of the control cabinet’s size, the signaling of conditions, faults, or malfunctions using M22 panel mount beacons ensures safety.
Control technology plays an important role in plant and mechanical engineering. It is used to monitor defined control variables to react to deviations in a timely manner. If the measured value deviates from the controlled variable, a combination of light and sound from an M22 beacon is the best way to report the fault or deviation.
Process automation not only changes the requirements for machines, but also for the signaling equipment attached to them. The high degree of automation means that signaling equipment must provide even more reliable safety and efficiency. Auer Signal’s M22 series is just one example of a flexible, future-proof product solution. In mechanical engineering and automation, the signaling equipment must indicate any faults or other states. This can be achieved using a signal beacon or siren.
