Eldon HDW Series Enclosures Are Now Available

Canton, GA – April 26, 2019 – FactoryMation introduces the Eldon HDW Series hygienic industrial enclosures. These enclosures are ideal for applications and environments that require high degrees of sanitation. The strict standards of hygiene upheld by the HDW Series ensure that products are fit for human consumption and not contaminated by bacteria, parasites, viruses, mold, or even residue from cleaning chemicals. Each enclosure is constructed with AISI 304 pre-grained stainless steel finished to resist accumulation of unsanitary residue. The mounting plates are made of galvanized steel. HDW enclosures are built for wash-down applications; environmental protection ratings are UL Type 4X and IP69K. They include a 30° sloped roof, 8° sloped door edge, 30mm roof overhang, and specially designed lock and interior hinges to ensure no residue remains following wash down of the enclosure. An FDA-approved blue silicone gasket provides gapless sealing.
