Kidron Electric, Inc. Serves Success Out of Ohio

Kidron Electric, Inc. has been in operation for 81 years serving Ohio and surrounding states. Kidron started out as a small electric wiring business when electricity was still new. The company expanded over the years to provide a variety of services across multiple industries. Today, Kidron Electric’s skills are utilized in system integration for office buildings and complexes, restaurants, food and dairy processing facilities, factories, and many other locations. They also work across many industries including HVAC, commercial refrigeration, temperature control, and generators and backup power.

One example of this experienced craftsmanship is the air quality and ventilation system Kidron Electric recently designed and installed in a manufacturing facility in northeastern Ohio. This 300,000 square foot facility fabricates custom dump truck beds. According to Engineer Chad Beery and Controls Technician Steve Mininger, there were two key concerns for this ventilation system: regulating the indoor air quality in a welding environment and allowing for differentiated levels of ventilation. By the end of the project, Kidron Electric had installed six supply fans, six intake dampers, eight exhaust fans, two AC Drives, eight exhaust dampers, and two make-up air units. FMX motor starters, power distribution blocks, and a host of other products were carefully chosen to build the large panel that controls the facility’s new ventilation system.
