Micron Low Voltage General Purpose
Low Voltage General Purpose transformers are used to change voltage and are suitable for a wide variety of applications and are in accordance with NEMA, ANSI, and IEEE standards as applicable. Models are available in encapsulated or ventilated types to fit a variety of environments
- Built and tested in accordance with applicable NEMA, ANSI and IEEE standards
- All 600 volt class transformers are UL listed unless otherwise noted
- Designed for 60 Hz operation
- Short term overload is designed into transformers as required by ANSI
- Primary and secondary windings are terminated in the wiring compartment Encapsulated
- Suitable for indoor or outdoor applications
- 185°C insulation system (115°C rise)
- NEMA 3R enclosure
- Encapsulated units have copper leads or stabs brought out for connections Ventilated
- Primarily for indoor locations (Outdoor use with optional weathershields)
- 220°C insulation system (150°C rise)
